How long will it be before I see my listing ?
The EMS Index is renewed on a regular basis, so your listing should be available very soon. But please keep in mind that every entry is personally visited and reviewed by a Paramedic before approval, so do not expect an immediate listing. We may even delay the next due update if new URL submissions are substantially low over any period until the submissions contain worthwhile additions.

How good does my EMS site need to be to qualify for approval ?
Don't worry, we won't be expecting your site to look anywhere near perfect! As long as your site offers or displays an emergency medical service which has (in our opinion) reasonable content and layout, you should have no trouble with your entry. However, we reserve the right to refuse any entry we consider unsuitable, which is usually the case with many Personal Homepage suggestions.

How will I know when you have indexed my EMS site ?
E-mail confirmation is rarely possible, but visit back within 14 days of submission to see if you were successful.

How do I remove my site from the index ?
If you should decide to be removed (for some insane reason), then fill your URL in the join form, with REMOVE in all the other fields and press submit.

Can I alter your button in any way, or provide just a text hyperlink ?
You can only use the buttons provided by us, unaltered on the page URL you submit when joining with us.

However, although you must use at least one button, you may use text hyperlink's on consecutive pages thereafter.

If you still wish to create a different button, ie; an animated or rotating version of our button, you may entertain us by sending your creations to;

Can I make alterations / amendments to my current listing ?
Yes of course, simply resubmit your details to us but this time tick the box we have provided marked "Amendment".
Before we carry out the update to your listing, we will of course check your current listing and will probably contact you again for confirmation.

This is to stop outsiders altering your listing without your knowledge.
