ver four years have passed since our paramedic's began to personally approve and categorise all the great EMS sites that all of you have painfully submitted, which has made the EMS Index the popular resource we know and use regularly today.

Many of us already know the excellent EMS sites out there and visit them on a daily basis, and you can guarantee most of them are already listed in the EMS Index!

But which of these sites stand head and shoulders above the others, not only by design but as an EMS resource?

Well back in 2001 we decided to give you the opportunity to tell us your opinion and nominate your favourite EMS site, and what a response we had!

Since September 2001 we had a massive total of 8989 nominations, after hours of careful consideration only a handfull respectfully picked up the award and were given a slot on the winners board.

This year is no different as we intend to consider nominations even more carefully and filter out the best from the rest.

It doesn't matter if the site is your own or just your favourite just as long as it's truly worthy of being branded the best Excellent Medical Site on the Internet!
